Originally created by Big Bob Gibson of Decatur, Alabama in 1925, this zesty and creamy white BBQ sauce can be used when making potato salad or coleslaw but can also be used with chicken, ribs, pulled pork or any fatty meat.
Ingredients: Mayonnaise, horseradish, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, yellow mustard, lemon juice apple cider vinegar.
