This zucchini salsa is made from a blend of our own green and yellow zucchinis. The recipe originated from a Nova Scotia cookbook. This salsa is great as a chip dip or use it as a topping on your baked chicken.
Ingredients: Zucchini, onion, red pepper, yellow pepper, tomato, salt, mustard, garlic, cumin, chili pepper, vinegar, brown sugar, turmeric, black pepper.
